This drink has a wide range of medicinal benefits including anti-inflammatory, antioxidant, antibacterial, antiviral properties, remedy for stomach ailments, heal sores, helps boost liver activity and flush our toxins.

Recipe Ingredients:

• 1 fresh banana
• 1 cup fresh papaya
• I cup Cow’s Milk
• ¼ cup coconut milk
• 1 tbsp coconut oil
• ½ tsp turmeric
• ½ tsp cinnamon
• ½ teaspoon ginger
• ½ tsp cardamom

Add all ingredients into a blender and blend until smooth. Drink this smoothie in the afternoon at 4 pm and get a energy boost for the rest of the evening. Try and use organic products if possible.
